“ Hialeah establishment has been operating for at least 25 or more years. I live in the Miami Lakes Miami Gardens area. In my neighboorhod, most chinese restaurants have either closed, sold or changed ownership for the worst. While in Hialeah, I decided to try Casa China. I was very impressed by the quality and the way the food was presented.At takeout food was super hot, still hot when I got home. The special fried rice had a generous amount of all ingredients. The shrimp Being the small size was plentiful. The egg rolls tasty and very crispy and not small standard size.Also ordered the sechuan chicken without heat which came with sticky rice and was also well stocked with veggies and large pieces of chicken.They included a bag of rice noodles and 2 fortune cookies for 20 and change with tip.I think I found my fried rice heaven ! I will be back. ”
